Summer 2025 Online Ladies Bible Study
Ephesians: Chosen by Grace. Changed by Christ. Called to Love
If you’ve stumbled upon this page, that likely means your heart is longing to know more of God—and we’re so glad you’re here.
Our next online ladies’ Bible study will take us through the powerful book of Ephesians, a letter overflowing with gospel truth, identity, and purpose. Over 7 weeks, we’ll explore what it means to be chosen by grace, united in Christ, and called to walk in love and holiness. This study will help us see God’s eternal plan, the riches of His mercy, and the everyday impact of being His beloved people.
Whether you’ve been walking with Jesus for years or you’re just beginning to explore what it means to follow Him, you are welcome. Come as you are—we’d love to have you join us!
Wednesdays at 7:00PM - 8:30PM EST via Zoom
June 18 – July 30, 2025
June 18 – Introduction
An overview of Paul’s letter to the Ephesians—exploring God’s eternal plan, our identity in Christ, and the calling to live a life worthy of the gospel.
June 25 – Chosen by Grace (Ephesians 1)
We begin with the breathtaking truth of God’s blessings in Christ—election, adoption, redemption, and the hope we’ve been called into.
July 2 – Alive in Christ (Ephesians 2)
From death to life, Paul shows us the miracle of salvation by grace—and how God unites people from every background into one new family.
July 9 – The Mystery Revealed (Ephesians 3)
God’s eternal purpose is unveiled: Christ dwells in our hearts through faith, and His love strengthens us beyond what we could imagine.
July 16 – Walk Worthy (Ephesians 4)
In light of our calling, we’re urged to grow in unity, maturity, and holiness—putting off the old self and living as the new.
July 23 – Imitate God (Ephesians 5)
Paul calls us to imitate God by walking in love, light, and wisdom—shaped by the gospel in every part of life, including relationships.
July 30 – Strong in the Lord (Ephesians 6)
We close with the call to stand firm in spiritual battle—clothed in the armor of God, confident in Christ’s strength and victory.
How Will the Study Nights Go?
Beginning Wednesday, June 18, we’ll gather once a week for seven weeks from 7:00–8:30 PM (Eastern Time) on Zoom. Each session will begin with a brief review of that week’s chapter from Ephesians, followed by group discussion through the provided study guide (a free PDF that will be sent to you before we begin).
There’s no pressure to speak—but I hope you’ll feel comfortable to share as the weeks go on. Whether you're eager to talk or prefer to quietly soak it all in, you're welcome here.
If you’re able, I encourage you to turn your video on—not out of obligation, but just to help us connect more personally as sisters in Christ! :)
How to Join & What You’ll Need
Our online Bible studies are always free to join. While some studies may include an optional guide available for purchase, this time you’ll receive a free PDF study guide by email—designed to walk you through the book of Ephesians with questions for reflection and discussion.
We recommend having a journal or notebook nearby to jot down insights, prayers, and what the Lord is teaching you along the way.
Bring Your Bible
I recommend a translation that stays close to the original Hebrew and Greek, such as:
ESV (English Standard Version)
NKJV (New King James Version)
NASB (New American Standard Bible)
CSB (Christian Standard Bible)
The NLT (New Living Translation) and Amplified Bible are also great supplemental options if you're looking for more clarity or everyday language.
Optional but Helpful: If you’re able, a study Bible is a wonderful tool to provide helpful context and background. I’d be happy to send recommendations—just reach out!
How We’ll Meet
We’ll meet through Zoom, a free and easy-to-use platform. You can join from your computer, tablet, or phone, though a larger screen is usually best for viewing and participating.
Before the study begins, I’ll send you the Zoom link and any tech help you might need to get set up.
Staying Connected with WhatsApp
To stay connected throughout the week, we’ll use a free messaging app called WhatsApp (compatible with all smartphones). It’s a great way to share prayer requests, reminders, and encouragement without the chaos of a giant group text. Once you register, I’ll send you an invite to join the group chat!
Let me know if you'd like this turned into a simple flyer, email invitation, or webpage layout!
